About KneeEd
KneeEd helps you find a movement plan for what you are working toward, and follow it session by session.
Who makes KneeEd
KneeEd.com is owned by KneeEd LLC, a company registered in the State of Texas with principal offices in Austin, Texas.
Email support@kneeed.com with a question about the product, your account, or anything you read here. The other addresses we publish, and what each one is for, are on the contact page.
What KneeEd does
The plan can be for a tournament, a first half marathon, or the road back from a sprained ankle.
- A plan can reach you five ways. Bring the one your physical therapist wrote, answer an assessment, build it yourself from the exercise library, adopt one another member published to the marketplace, or take one a friend sends.
- KneeEd runs the plan session by session and keeps the record of the sessions you log.
- There is a community inside the app, where members post the sessions they finish and follow each other.
- KneeEd publishes Insights, articles on how people came back from injury and guides to common problems such as lower back and knee pain. Every article lists its sources.
What KneeEd is not
KneeEd is an educational and adherence-support product. It is not a medical device.
- It is not a diagnosis. KneeEd does not tell you what is wrong with your body.
- It is not a prescription. Plans are educational tools, not medical treatment.
- It is not a substitute for your physical therapist, physician or surgeon. Bring your plan to them.
- It is not an emergency service. If pain is severe, sudden, or paired with new symptoms, stop and seek qualified help.
The full terms are in our legal disclaimer.
